Document Verification Service (DVS) is a website-hosted application in a secure
data center. Business professionals simply connect to DVS via the Internet using a unique username and password. To very an identification document (ID), a Business professional:
- Selects Check and ID.
- Selects the appropriate type of ID.
- Answers a series of questions concerning the security features and selects the appropriate answers. Prints the selected document and the answers.
- Clicks the submit button and DVS verifies the document based on your answers about the document you were presented.
- Prints the documents pass or fail page to be placed in the file.

What is an Internet-based Application Service Provider (ASP)?
An Internet-based Application Service Provider (ASP) makes a software application available on a subscription basis rather than on license basis. A company doesn't have to load and maintain the system on one of its servers and on its users' computers (workstations and laptops).

Do I need to login to use your web site?
Login is only required if you are a current online customer and want to access the verification applications.
Why do I need to keep logging on?
A successful login is good for the duration of your visit, or until it times out due to inactivity. The system is designed with customer account security in mind. Automatically timing out user sessions (logins) has become standard practice for most online accounts.
I need to set up a large number of users under my organization's account. Can Allegiant Solutions help me with this?

As a Customer Administrator, how can I monitor the activity of the accounts I have set up for others?
Using the Maintain Users module, select "Maintain Users”. A menu of the users under your account will be displayed. From this menu you can update the user’s information or delete the user. You will also be able to see how many times the user has logged into the system and the last time they logged into the system.
